Blackhawks... I'm not out to alarm Upticky. What you call ,"alarm," I call providing info that might actually save Upticky some money. What's wrong with that? The info was factual. Having known and never been misled by my buddy for over 30 years, the rep might as well have been talking to me directly. For some reason even if that was the case I believe you would've still been calling even that into question regardless of 1st hand, 2nd hand, or 3rd hand accounts.

I don't think you need to get agitated about it. After all, how would it matter to you? It would only make your job even easier to land clients.

You're even confirming discounts are applicable but only in "certain" cases. Well, are you Ike's right hand man? Are you there with him deciding company policy or are you privy to every one of his actions/decisions? You can be no more certain that discounts aren't being given out than you can be that they are. As for me, I encourage any discount for the service that would enable it to take root.

Yet you even state, "The new Generic Keyword pricing provides a price break if the total price for your generic keyword exceeds $500/mo and if you only require in State coverage. "
And how does that differ from what I said that my buddy told me? It doesn't.......Discounts are being given.

Okay, and how many of those have we landed at 10k PER MONTH ? My guess/estimate is zero. Now are you absolutely certain that there's no discount being given for that, albeit quietly and/or selectively?

You then go on to say..... "Logically, with State pricing now available, I would expect to see price breaks for Regional coverage at some point"
So, you say discounting is already happening per the $500/mo figure above, and that you also expect further discounting in the future for regional coverage, and you are arguing this point with me like the last time for what reason? I just don't see it, Blackhawks, why you continue to argue points that you either a) Don't believe in, or b) actually confirm as happening and continuing to happen in the future. Frankly, it sounds like we are both in agreement on this topic of discounting so I have no idea why you are debating it.

Can we both agree that discounting is:
a) happening
b) a smart move by Ike
c) going to hopefully land us clients that we desperately need
