I never said they increased the a/s and starting dumping shares, they are and have been dumping shares/selling shares to pay the bills. U can look at their last filing and see that, yell look at todays PR "The Company borrows money to sustain operations for the parent Company TGGI and ENERG and has been since last year." They repay that money in the form of shares. At last count about 700m alone in may/june. From 100m out at the end of march to 1.3b in mid june. No one is freaking shorting a stock that is this low.
