I know WD kept money from the sale of some of the companies that were acquired with company stock. He issued the board shares in the company and then held their feet to the fire in signing over the profits from the sale of the company. The $50k from the sale of NOL assets to NetStar went to WD. You can call Rick at NetStar and he will tell you. Also I know the payments for the $100k sale of the Home Healthcare company back to one of the original owners were deposited into Walters account. Some monies were paid to EISP (Empty company, never any revenue, but a bank account) and then checks cut to Walter.

Of the 13 or so companies acquired by CCGI, ALL were thrown into BK, no bills were ever paid. Only profits were siphoned off and liabilities were dumped on previous owners. I believe in an attempt to force personal BK so they could not persue and collect lawsuit. It didn't work.

I find it also interesting that WD was on the board for a Employee Pension fund in Houston and magically had money missing and a big scandal.

Walter Davis, the previous Board (names available, for letting WD get away with everything), Nelson Jones (lawyer paid with stock ownership and involved with most acquisitions. Was thrown off the originlal BK when it was learned that he did not disclose his ownership in the company to the court.), Everett Bassie (acct who helped cook the books) are all crooks.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH ANY COMPANY THESE PEOPLE WORK FOR OR WHO HIRES THEM TO DO WORK!

That's just my opinion and you can make your own judgement.
