St James Capital Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SJCH) announced that it has subscribed for an initial amount of shares in Sentinel Resource Holdings, a United Kingdom Holding Company which controls a significant number of shares of USA based, Sentinel Resources, Inc. Common Stock.

SJCH does not trade on the OTC anymore. It was deleted by FINRA as an inactive security on 13 July.
