Interesting posts, but having dealt a little with copyright laws I can tell you that at best anyone on here can do is speculate. Opinions that is it. Nothing more nothing less. You can own rights to something but that doesn't mean you can use or produce it. Copyright laws are very deep and complicated. Then you have patents. Does pacificor own the patent on the "Terminator" name? As most of us are aware you can patent anything and most do place a patent on items or names or slogans. IMO we will just have to relax and see what happens. In the end you either have faith in EP and the company or you don't.
