...Selling,obviously. They are in debt, have no revenue, a history of somewhat questionable PR's and the recent 10-Q clearly states that dilution is most probably coming. The recent PR is a repeat, and investors have little confidence in the company.All of their past arrangements with other companies have come to nothing. It's not rocket science.
