I can tell you why people are buying this... The main two reasons why anyone buys a penny stock. MOMO and a decently low float. The company hasn't filed anything lately as to what the current A/S is, but it's probably somewhere in the hundreds of millions (IMO) because if this was a billion floater it wouldn't move the way it is right now with only 140 mil volume.

That's probably the most straight forward answer you are going to get right now, because in all honesty no one knows what's going on and everyone is too busy saying things like TO DA MOON, I can't wait till next week, this will fly, etc...
