SHAR - According to the last PR the deal is supposed to close this month. This month is almost over so we're definitely due any minute for NEWS.


Maybe they'll finally reveal the meaning of these statements from the the June 28 PR

"...notifies shareholders that the reverse split shall be postponed until at least July 28 while the firm evaluates certain strategic alternatives.


"In a meeting June 25th, the board elected to postpone the reverse split until at least July 28th. This will provide additional time to evaluate potential investment opportunities the Company has been reviewing.


3-way merger? R/S cancelled? Uplist? something else entirely? It's anyone's guess. Too much potential with this oversold low floater not to take the gamble.


I like to see when they're really high
