winchester....... although I was having some fun with the "odd jobs" comment, I believe that if a CEO did offer to go out and paint a few shaeholder's(or potential investors) fences, they would be able to raise alot more money for their company!.... You want a ceo that will roll up there sleeves go out and get the job done... and relate to shareholders at least, as fellow human beings.... don't be afraid to communicate failures as well as successes.... honesty is the best policy(usually).... anyway, let's hope this company can regroup and forge ahead with their plans....
