No, there is no excuse for it.

Professionalism is something that extends throughout a company from the top to the bottom. Are these guys some sort of fabulous aerospace engineers, and dedicated financial auditors, or are they someone who would get a 4th grade book report back all marked up with red circles and arrows and an F at the top of it.
