we have no clue since it's not a reporting company how much money would be owed to MB for back salaries if any (and the others involved) there's a significant amount of possibilities that could reduce any sales price substantially for the common shareholders....

expenses would be deducted
if any preferred shares there
any convertible shares
what % of the sales price goes to LLEG shareholders (in other words what % of interest did LLEG shareholders own in the project)

these are questions MB needs to clarify
