Thank you! You may be correct. BUT! I'm guessing here, but, I think I may know what POSSIBLY could be going on. IF this is considered dilution, I may have learned something new.

Here's what I think has caused the influx of outstanding shares: With ZLUS divesting their former assets, some where there maybe old debt or something that was translated over to shares. It could also be that Ault, or whomever, got rid of some of their shares.

Isn't there times where dilution is a good thing also?
