define how you conclude this? what expenses would be attached to the sale of the equity before we get to the bottom line?

MB needs to clarify here......are LLEG shareholders out of the Berlin project? What is the NET PROCEEDS if this materializes and that's true? What is the share structure of LLEG that could possibly benefit from this sale if we aren't involved any further? There's a significant difference between receiving revenues as shareholders of a biomass plant and finding out after the company we invested in is just a project management company

MB needs to clear this up for shareholders....do shareholders own any of this plant in Berlin's revenues
