Just in case peeps did not know...

$30million property would put MMTE pps at $0.007.

That is just the property alone. What I am trying to get here is MMTE need to be able to harvest at least 5 tonnes of lithium to break even. MMTE property will de-value the more lithium MMTE harvested. Got to be more money involve. PPS would be much higher

There MUST be more than 5tonnes of llithium or there is no point in buying the land. I did rough calculation... I could be totally wrong. Hard to do research on cellphone. :)

2.72pound per acre-foot = 1ppm

1008acre * 650ppm = 655200 pound

1 ton= 2200 pound

655200/2200= 297ton

Average depth is 250ft to 300ft

297 ton * 250ft= 75000 tonnes (tonnes is ton)

$6000 per tonnes

75000 * $6000= $450MILLION

Average mining for lithium per year is 10tonnes to 20tonnes

75000/10 = 7.5 years (round off to 8)

$450M /8 = $56million per year.

PPS = $0.02 or so but with a constant revenue PPS would be much higher due to the potential.
