I want to add something I just thought about. Something I wondered was...after 12/09/09, when FFGO did say it was not going to be "restricted" Common stock in a Company, why didn't they say it again and again and again since then???
They never repeated it again anywhere that I recall. Who knows if maybe someone pointed out that people would assume they mean any kind of stock and perhaps it was best not to put continued emphasis on it. Just a thought...
Also, FFGO does not count on people on the internet to repeat it. That's ridiculous. I started to around April or May this year because to be 100% honest with all of you, I had forgotten that statement in that 12/09/09 PR for all those months. Someone here specifically reminded me in a phone call. Even though I posted the PR last Dec., the very next day...Dec. 10, I had MAJOR surgery. My focus was recovery and simply surviving so actually, now that I think about it, I did load FFGO for most of these months this year not even thinking the Company had said it was not "restricted" stock. If you look back at my posts since last Dec 09, I did not start repeating that paragraph in that PR until about April or May of this year.
Again, I do not feel their intent was to scam us. If so, I think they could have done a much better job at it.
I continue to believe, once we get the Record Date and receive the dividend of NMGL Preferred A and B shares, we will get cash "one day" in their place after Jan. 1, 2011 when 100% of the Bouse and S. Copperstone mines are sold by NMGL. I also accept that there is NO set date for that.
