Its not a smart thing to "slowly ride into" if that is their plan. Hopefully they have an offline site completely set up with hundreds of nerds trying to hack into it to make sure its bulletproof. Even if it is bulletproof, what if only a handful of people use it in the first week (which will be the case since we're the only people that know about it) and some big wig puts $1000 on roulette, wins, and cashes out immediately? There has to be volume on this site to make the revenue average out.

They better know what they're doing.
