What Does Insider Information Mean?
Material information about a company's activities that has not been disclosed to the public.

I dont mean comments about what people think will happen, and I am not talking about any board matters, I am referring to inside information you said you got from the CEO. If he told you, it should be public knowledge, if it is not you are trading based on insider information.
