Kind of difficult to dilute with no buyers......volume is abyssmal right now. In order to dilute, they would have to create some interest/buying pressure, and that's not there at this point. I don't think dilution is the reason for the delay. IMO, I think they are going to try to release fins either concurrently with acquisition news or one before the other to get the share value moving north. Again, just one man's opinion. GLTY Global!!!!
