Some people will wait until they actually have certification in hand (big) or the inagural (huge imo)Commence service into St. Petersburg (behemoth) so the real buyers will most likely step around these points so keep nibbling away at it, the big boys know they will make big money even if they wait to invest to feel more secure, who knows! it's all IMO!
