I sent the following email to TAC-AIR on 8/15:

"As an investor in TADF, I am very interested to know the status of the acquisition progress. Can you provide an update?"

Here is the response I received from Rollie Thompson last night:

"We are still in discussions and everything is still moving forward at this time. Sincerely, RC"
