Second the post. Am sure that the CEO and COO are legitimate, genuine. We are a country so full of problems involving dishonesty that even if we seek and are somewhat succeeding in being relatively honest ourselves it becomes easy to be extremely suspicious. Fortunately it is usually impossible to fake a certain modesty which both men show by picking up the phone themselves.

Then, they go on to actually LISTEN to the person on the other end of the line even if the same questions are being asked over and over. And even if the person's investment is not significant in relative terms.
