You've hit the nail on the head with this post.

Ive seen so many wild assumptions on this board based purely on speculation its really getting tiring. I'm waiting for arts to make a move, but when and for how long is anyone's guess. The stock has been manipulated too much to make a decent prediction based on chart data.
