what ever the reason he didnt file the names yet turns out to be, weather name changes or plain ole forgot, merger or no merger business should be conducted accordingly, not filing the names could be a sign the shell is dead or left for dead.

i know this a penny stock, but take a well established company with rumors of a merger or buyout coming, until things are DONE, singed and sealed business should be conducted as usual. items like officer changes can be amended. it would be poor business not to conduct business as usual until deals are a done deal...right?
