there is absolutely nothing to support this blatant misrepresentation as fact.
It was a desperate rumor started on the yahoo board.
Just ask yourself why they would buy NSPT. If anything they might buy out Newron Designs, a private company and of no benefit to the shareholders, But the universal lack of interest in the products would preclude even a private deal.
Nothing more than a baseless rumor. No major company like that has any interest in a poorly run distributuion company with no assets.
