I'll give it a go....
#1. No Financials since Mar 2008..
#2. Allot of Competition in the MarketPlace - Keefe, Swanson, TouchPay, IC Solutions, GovPay and a host of others just coming in or partnering with Commissary and Phone Companies...
#3. Diluted Deposits in current accounts - meaning...other services still in place...such as Western Union, Cash Windows still accepting payments, Funds being mailed in via Money Orders, Cashiers Checks...
This really dilutes $$ coming in for CPSZ..why use a Kiosk or a Credit Card when you can just leave cash for FREE at the Jail....I think that Clark Co NV and Broward Co FL still allow this..if you go to their websites...you should be able to get the info like I did...
#4. I'm also sure that Surf is right with what he is saying about the Cost of installs and that the Company took on quite a bit of debt from the old Company in the beginning......
Anyway, I believe that these are just a few items that might make investors a little nervous about jumping in...JMHO
