It stated, “The Company intends to attempt to raise additional capital and acquire profitable business contracts, but there can be no certainty that such efforts will be successful. Management will continue to pursue new temporary staffing and professional employer organization (PEO) business, and continue to pursue opportunities for providing financial services, including benefits and payroll administration, workers’ compensation insurance programs, and personnel records management.
