Why bother to do the lastest filing and an RS if you don't have something planned? Well, one possibility for the RS is to make room for enough shares to do a major acquisition. Not a whole lot else makes sense IMO. The fact that the company did not max out their OS prior to the split lends hope to the shareholders. I hope it works out for everyone.
