Folks who are selling today.... BAD MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!

There is way too much upside to this company in the near term and long term.

Reconsider and get back in!!

I am going to paraphrase closely a colleauge of mine, and then expand:

[b]I can understand why this took the wind out of your sails, but I think you need to read up on the SEC and materiality. Basically, the portion of the partnership disclosed today will most likely not effect Covidien's top line or bottom line by a material amount. For it to be a material event for Covidien, it has to effect their revenues or profits by a certain percentage. They are a big company, and that is a high bar.

It can be material for Positron without being material (by SEC definition) for Covidien at this time until the more strategic nature of the alliance evolves and is disclosed. Essentially all they revealed today is a consulting agreement which will hardly move the needle on Convidien's income statement but is still a big win for Positron. Most likely this is what was to be disclosed months ago with the "expanded" part yet to come.

My colleague is correct. 100%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The EXPANDED part as he mentions, in what is now starting out as distributorship agreement, will shift into distrbutor/contract manufacturer agreement, as investors on this board have stated for months!!!!!!!

Covidien will distribute PHARMASSIST machines to it's customers in whatever market they play in/or wherever a facility will buy one. They will collect revenue and pass a percentage to POSC.

As PHARMASSIST MACHINES are placed in hospitals and clinics, DRUGS (YES, RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS) will be placed in those machines and revenue will be collected by Covidien and they will pass a percentage back to POSC.

THEN... the customer will REORDER POSC SUPPLIED DRUGS, and the process will repeat. AND THIS WILL EVENTUALLY OCCUR IN MOST MARKETS OF THE WORLD.

Today is the beginning of a windfall deal for our small penny stock, that will eventually spand the globe.

AND YES, TO DO THIS, ANOTHER PARTNERSHIP WILL BE NEEDED, SO EXPECT THIS NEWS IN THE NEAR FUTURE AS WELL.

GET YOUR BUTTS BACK IN THIS STOCK BEFORE YOU LOSE MORE MONEY AS IT CLIMBS STEADILY.
