ICOA going crazy! Not much resistance after the 3's. We're currently locking the float down. Nite moved pretty easily on a few million shares. Auto moved up to 3. MFI is off the charts and the RSI is still oversold.

Post R/S bounce play. I'm going to take a guess and say that we're going double digits, possibly towards the 50 DMA of .0035.
