Our Trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon, is on the Official Creditors' Committee and if it negligently waived our Guarantee and Guarantee Agreement then how can we trust it to best represent us.



I think our Trustee should be accountable for its actions and I intend to try to get some answers.



If the Trustee had uploaded the Guarantee to www.lehman-claims.com as instructed on the Proof of Claim form I think we probably would have been placed in a separate Class other than Class 5 - however - as I have stated several times the Senior Notes would still have priority in payment.
