TIME TO RESPOND:
I intend that this will be my only post on this board. From time to time I will scan some of the postings here to get a feel for investor sentiment and in the hope that proper and intelligent information is discussed amongst shareholders. What has transpired here in the last few days requires a response. First, with regard to Mr. Kanakaris selling a small portion of his shares. It is not uncommon for any CEO of any public company to sell a portion of his holdings. Perhaps if you are a shareholder in Microsoft, AOL, or Kanakaris you are not happy to see the CEO sell some of his shares, but understand that is his right and that is part of his compensation. If a CEO has toiled for 5 years to build up his company, and has seen it survive in the wake of hundreds of dot coms failing and he wants to sell some shares that is his right! I am sure that Alex would have much preferred to sell at a higher price than he did, but I also believe that he had a pressing reason to raise some cash when he did. Does that mean he had no faith in the company. I do not think so. In all my years in business I have never seen a harder working, more dedicated and more driven CEO than Alex Kanakaris. It is because of his energy, his ability, and his vision that this company has succeded when so many have failed. This company is truley in much further along technologicaly today than a year ago when the stock was trading at a much higher price. Alex also has my ongoing commitment to continue to support the company in both a financial capacity and in a consultant capacity.
With regard to the registration of the shares that Alliance owns, this is stock that has been held pursuant to 144 rules and it is time for the restrictive legend to be removed from a portion of our holdings. In other words the stock can become free trading. This does not mean that we go out and sell it this week. By having the restrictive legend removed it give us the right, when we want to, if we want to sell it. Let me emphasis again, this does not mean we sell it today, next week, or next month. It only means that we now have free trading shares. Don't you think if I plan to continue to support this company my goal is to see higher prices? I find it disturbing that there is such a wealth of mis-information passed around this and other boards. Let me state again, that I will continue to support Alex Kanakaris and Kanakaris Wireless in any capacity needed. I wish all shareholders all the best.
