Yes, but if I want to do the right thing for the stock do I wait for the ask to go back to .009 because that is it's current price. Obviously not now but 5 minutes ago the price was .009 but the ask was .008. So if there are no buys and no sells do they have to raise it back to the price of .009? Then I buy. Because if I buy at the ask of .008 they automatically drop it. Ticks me off. Do I make sense?? Lol
