ZERO DILUTION in 2010, ONLY 212M FLOAT, ungagged T/A, large amount of shares retired, $300 Billion +/- signed agreements, possible life altering penny play, if/when prototype is completed, lookout, mega multibagger, $1+ possible by mid 2011,JMO!
