KAT Exploration Inc (KATX)

I was just in the Lion’s Den:

I live in Ft. Lauderdale Florida and had to run up to Boca this morning for a business meeting. I have been looking into this Hudson securities (HDSN) ever since I caught wind of their handy work on KATX. The headquarters is in Boca Raton Florida.

Today I visited Hudson Securities. The office had roughly 20 desks, each equip with several flat screen monitors. It was everything you would expect to see. However there was one larger desk in the center that housed the only person in this rather large office. I went into the office and asked the man what HDSN's position is with KAT exploration KATX. The guy said "now you know I cannot talk about this". Almost instantly he was demanding my name and threatened to call the police. I had no interest in getting into a confrontation with this man, and based on his defensive personality I decided it was best to just leave.

I did get to see firsthand HDSN at work and I must say it was creepy. One guy in a large office littered with vacant desks controlling so much money. I think investors view market makers as these mythical entities that control the pennies. While most of that statement is true, it was strange to see just one guy.
