The wood sustainability issue will undoubtedly come up during the adjudication hearing. Have you heard or read anywhere whether or not Laidlaw has developed a procurement policy that requires third party verification of sustainable forestry practices? With a PPA in place, proposed financing, inevitable loop upgrades coming, the only thing that "might" face more scrutiny during the hearing is the wood harvesting issue. I haven't heard or seen anything further on this matter, do you think Laidlaw is ready to go with a plan for sustainable harvesting that the SEC can live with?
