China Food Services, Corp. Reaches Distribution Agreement With Its First Chinese Food Manufacture

BEIJING, Aug 19, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- China Food Services, Corp., (Other OTC: GDHI) (http://www.chinafoodservices.com) an international food and beverage distributor specializing in the distribution of US and international food & beverage brands to the Chinese market, today announces it has reached an agreement with Beijing Sai Han Coarse Cereal Co., Ltd, http://bjshzl.com.cn. Under this agreement, GDHI will distribute instant cups of noodles throughout GDHI's supply chain network in Beijing. The instant noodle market in China is estimated at $6.6 billion US dollars; China's instant noodle business is set to double to about $13 billion US dollars by 2013. Consumers spend about $5 per capita per year on instant noodles, according to Euromonitor International.
