I would love to see the company use some of its cash here and buy back shares like they said they would. These guys could rock this share price if they put their minds and money to it. I get the feeling they know that and its just a matter of when they line things up and move this thing. $2.00 plus is hardly out of the question here
They are paying down debt from acquisition costs with cash at a fast pace. In a couple years or less just at the pace they are making money now would have all debt wiped out through cash payments
This does not even take into consideration growth

Bottom line these guys have the cash and if not for the acquisition costs they are paying down they would be quite profitable on the bottom line. They acquired several properties as well. All being paid down from earnings
