Had a Dream this afternoon...


Well...here goes....

After lunch today, I took a nap in the hammock on the deck and woke up with a good case of sunburn and a vivid rememberance of a dream about a QASP press release...

Three items were covered in same release...

1) Funding... $155 million in 9% 10 year notes with lender receiving options for 10% of outstanding new shares.

2) 100 to 1 reverse split

3) Buyback... $30 Million of funding for share buyback in next 12 months,timing based upon market coditions as determined by BOD.

Unfortunatly, do not remember a date on the release...

Only time will tell this was a look into the future or a reaction to the sun and the Corvina con Ajo I had for lunch.... ???
