Thank you for your timely and frank response.

Yes, you are correct, it is not the information I wanted but I guess it is all We are going to get at this time.

I sincerely hope time will prove that there is a good reason WHY QASP Management has been treating the Shareholder like MUSHROOMS... Yes, Mushrooms... !!

Most have been very loyal to Mr Bradley ... missed deadline after missed deadline after failed to deliver action after failed to deliver action... WE DESERVE BETTER.....

Please pass this on to Mr Bradley and our new Management team.... Many of us will be attending the October 8, 2010 Shareholder meeting and I can tell you right now.... better schedule lunch a little later... for one hour will not be enough time for a presentation, let alone Questions and Answers.... Heck... at this point I alone have enough questions to fill at least 39 minutes so take it from there....

PLEASE.... Communicate the facts with the owners of the Company..... the Shareholders...

Mr xxxxx,

I have been told by management that I cannot answer any questions concerning acquisitions .Our team is in place and they are going over everything that has happened with Quasar from beginning until now .They are in somewhat of a quiet period so that they can get caught up to speed with every detail of Quasar.However ,I can tell you that Apex was not acquired in May of 09.

I wish that I could tell you more information ,but I am not allowed at this time.

On May 05, 2009 QASP announced the accusation of an Unnamed
Company for $54 million with private financing.

Is / was that company Apex Engineering International ?

If not, who is the company in the may 05, 2009 release?

IF APEX was the subject of the may 05, 2009 press release, Is APEX now owned by QASP and
part of the QASP holdings ?

Many inquiring minds want to know : it is becoming impossible to responsibly manage my investment in QASP
when the company is not providing stockholders with material information on a timely basis.

Dean Bradley steps down as CEO/President of Quasar International Holdings, Inc. and announces the appointment of a new management team.

Dean Bradley said, "I am delighted to announce the appointment of a new management team, with immediate effect. My original vision -- to create a group of companies with complementary, ground breaking technology and products -- is in place. I brought the company to a point where we have agreed on exciting acquisitions and now need to secure the inward investments to carry this through. Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. Announces an Option to Acquire Manufacturing Company

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwire - May 5, 2009) - Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EQUR) (formerly) Equus Resources, Inc. (EQUR)

Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of and execution of a binding agreement to acquire a manufacturing company that will provide production capability for the Quasar line of aircraft currently in development. For security reasons the name of the company will not be divulged until the acquisition is closed.

The acquisition is to be made with private funding at $54 million, of which $40 million will be in cash and the remainder in assumption of liabilities. This acquisition when it closes sometime prior to July 31, 2009 will add approximately $44 million to our revenue stream and $10 million in EBITDA.

The company to be acquired has a vast range of capability in the aerospace industry, and operates three plants totaling approximately 300,000 sq. ft. The company owns two of the plants equaling 190,000 sq. ft. and leases the third plant.
