In no PR does it state ENTI has an agreement with NE-YO

This refers to a "deal". A deal is not a signed agreement by any means. The recently announced "deal" was also a short-for agreement submitted to NE-YO's reps for a signature.

"ENTI's former CEO, Rick Dibiase, whose passion has always been with Encounter's dynamic web-based MusicMatrix, will be on board to take a hands-on approach to maximize MusicMatrix potential as the major success it has for which it has been positioned with videos from the world's largest music companies and record labels and an agreement with superstar Ne-Yo as spokesperson. Reading through this mud is difficult. I could break it down several ways. I will stick to the most likely. The only agreement so far is for NE-YO's people to look at the short-form "agreement" that was submitted for review and hopefully a signature.

I would have to look at the facts stated in the PR's as I have been told to do by members in this forum. The fact is there is no agreement or signature from NE-YO. For all we know that guy Ron or whatever his name is is friends with him and NE-YO gave him the ok to use his name. That last part is just speculation. I am not bashing by any means. I hold a large position in ENTI and am becoming more and more frustrated at the events taking place.
