The Proof of Claim form stated CLEARLY that Claims with a Guarantee were to be uploaded to www.lehman-claims.com


Our Trustee did not follow the instructions and waived the Guarantee.


I WANT TO KNOW WHY - AND SO DO OTHER INVESTORS.


MAYBE IT WILL ELEVATE US ABOVE OTHER SUBORDINATED NOTES IN CLASS 5 THAT DO NOT HAVE A GUARANTEE.


WE WANT ANSWERS SO WHY CAN'T YOU JUST WAIT FOR A RESPONSE FROM THE DEBTORS OR THE OFFICIAL CREDITORS' COMMITTEE?



As for the WMI Capital Trusts - they are getting a recovery due to a high enough cash flow.
