Its called a whole lot more dilution on the horizon. At the end of march there were 100m shares out, they then issued 30m for AWI, and 500m for FSM = 630m out. By mid June the shares out was up to around 1.3B, they didnt acquire anymore company's and AWI is supposed to be profitable, so why the 700m dump. They now get back the 500m from FSM but instead of decreasing the a/s as stated they increased it to 5b. And you really dont think they are dumping shares!!! Please!!! But I'm staying around just long enough for the ALFE share dividend pump to kick in, I dont care to get the shares, just looking to make some coin on the pump. Although I have a ways to go, been here since April.
