With the help of the IR, I found out the share count. Iblong actually had it posted at the top of the Ibox. Having ADD blows sometimes.
Authorized shares: 1.5 billion.
Outstanding shares: 820 million give or take some
Float: 320 million (fluctuates day to day)
Once the old assets have being divested, we could see the OS go up, most likely down. Just my guess on where the O/S will go. I don't know specifics, so, I'm not the one to ask.
I called up Kevin Adkins, the COO, and left a message. They have a receptionist who answers the phone. Whether she's there full time and on-site, I don't know. They have at least an employee. That's just deducing from calling.
Hopefully, we can hear something good like getting a couple really good wells called "gushers". That would definitely make the pps go through the roof.
I'm still pumped (not pumping) about the potential that ZLUS has. On my "noob" opinion, this could go to a nickel or higher, potentially. Good results from the fields, lower A/S, O/S, and float means this baby can only go up. (IMO, again, I've been proven wrong multiple times)
