From my understanding a short-form agreement is the beginning of negotiations. It is what gets the ball rolling. This initial agreement was sent to Ne-Yo's reps for signature. In no way does this PR state there is a signature. Look up the definition of a short-form agreement. This is basically ENTI approaching NE-YO with an offer and to begin negotiations. How ENTI is using NE-Yo's name in PRs is beyond me.
