Almost every penny stock Ive ever been in since 2004-2005 has been diluted down, but NONE OF THEM have ever done a reverse split, and they always bounce back, every single time. Its certain people that have the patience of a 12 yr old that end up losing their entire allowance because they just dont get it it. Dilution is part of the pinksheets. You know darn well that you are aware of this from day 1, and if you are not, then you have not been around very long
