That's my point it's up to the company with the roll-out and as you know they haven't exactly ever been on time which is why there might be a decline with the financials then we have to wait on the next set of news which will probably be another while so thats why i think it will continue to decline not exactly a sell off i should have rephrased that but anyway it's worth watching.
