The companies make claims and express intentions, they don't either have the business or have they shown the capabilities (Neither BEHL nor BNPD) to be able to carry out those ideas.

They are merely what they would like to do

If I say I want to build the world's newest and best computer network and the world network value is 100 Billion dollrs does that mean I am capable or only wish to dot it?

That's what were talking about is capability, desire and expressions of the $$ value of the industry isn't an expression of anything other "Opportunity" nothing to do with capability. BEHL has expressed their desire to be part of this industry..they have yet to show they have the capability and the resources other than their willingness to work at it.
