newbie65, Yes, We can trust Ken. The delay in getting the Share Distribution is not Ken or any lack of filings on his part. Ken filed the required DRS application and it was sent to the SEC. We all are awaiting the decision of the SEC on the Distribution, not waiting on Ken. We are also waiting on FINRA to approve the Ticker Symbol change from BVIG to KATG. I have been providing daily updates on the Distribution process. Ken has nothing to say about it right now. Like us he is simply waiting for the SEC and FINRA to make their decisions. once they make their decisions, things will begin to move quickly.

The previous PR's and 8-K and 10-Q filings let us know that the process should be completed by 45 days from July 16, 2010. we are closing in on that time frame, so we should know something soon.
