You have been very busy since we last wrote.

There are many questions in the Shareholder world and few answers.

I am confident you will change that situation to one of "Transparency"...

On May 05, 2009 QASP announced the accusation of an Unnamed
Company for $54 million with private financing.

Is / was that company Apex Engineering International ?

If not, who is the company in the may 05, 2009 release?

IF APEX was the subject of the may 05, 2009 press release, Is APEX now owned by QASP and part of the QASP holdings ?

Many inquiring minds want to know : it is becoming impossible to responsibly manage my investment in QASP when the company is not providing stockholders with material information on a timely basis.
