According to you, and what I have seen so far this morning, those will be left for Admin to handle...

and that will only happen if posters spend the time/effort to hit the TOS. Then the next hurdle is waiting on Admin, and typically by the time it gets addressed/removed the use of that control tactic will have already served the purpose...

in a time perishable environment, removing worm-filled negative posts while waiting on positive posts to be administered by Admin controls/shapes the narrative...
